By accessing or using the Mezzy platform ("Service"), operated by Aethelix AI Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mezzy is an all-in-one operating system for service-based businesses, providing scheduling, catalog management, payment processing, analytics, and customer relationship management tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology within the Mezzy platform are the exclusive property of Aethelix AI Labs Private Limited. Users retain ownership of their data uploaded to the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
