Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will apply.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges — full refund within 7 business days
  • Service unavailability exceeding SLA guarantees — prorated credit
  • Requests within 48 hours of first paid subscription — full refund

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email aethelix.hq@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Payment gateway processing fees (charged by Razorpay/Zaakpay) are non-refundable as they are levied by third-party processors.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
